Educator /teacher

My definition of an educator is someone who inspires others to tap into their inner resources. As educators, we still have the primary responsibility to inspire, encourage, and serve as facilitators in the learning process. Some of our greatest thinkers of the 20th Century were inspired by a grade school teacher or high school teacher or college professor or a parent. These
facilitators ignited the flames for knowledge,discovery and critical thinking.
If learning is not about exploration, discovery, and how to think critically and problem solve,then everything we do as educators seems meaningless.
